 and include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of the original order. Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally using reliable carriers.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All orders are shipped after full payment is received.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Because we process orders quickly, once checkout is completed the order is immediately sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for any additional costs resulting from:

missed deliveries

refused packages

reshipment requests

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

Any additional costs caused by address changes, package interception, or redelivery due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Return Information

Returns are accepted only for new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided above.

NE Pigments does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
