DELIVERY AND RETURN
Please contact us by email: [email protected] with your order number and the products you would like to return.
Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of the original order. The products must be shipped to us in new and unused condition. The refund will be processed within 3-10 business days from the moment we receive your purchase and returned to the original payment form. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Delivery outside Kazakhstan is carried out by Kazpost, EMS.
Free shipping: Kazpost.
Paid express delivery: EMS.
You can check the delivery time with the support manager [email protected] which will calculate them for you according to your address and the chosen delivery method. Delivery only after a preliminary 100% cashless prepayment.
Cancellation of the order
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, as soon as the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick up and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this rule are products that have not been ordered. A deferred order can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.
Refusal of deliveries
The customer is responsible for additional costs in case of missed delivery, repeated delivery and rejection of parcels.
The customer is responsible for additional costs that may arise due to the interception of the parcel when the address is changed. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the payment and delivery information after placing the order.
