How does #101 differ from #102 in undertone and healing?

#101 is a warm light brown, while #102 is cool; #102 heals more cool-toned. For a warmer light-brown result choose #101.

Why does #101 sometimes shift toward gray during healing and how can this be avoided?

Most often the cause is excessive implantation depth: when placed too deep the pigment shifts cooler and can produce a gray tone. Work at the correct depth so #101 retains its warm undertone.

Can #302 "Coffee" be used instead of #101 for eyebrows if they look similar when swatched?

Yes, #302 "Coffee" can be used for eyebrows; it is identical to shade #102.

If a shade darker than #101 is needed, what should I choose for dark-haired clients?

#105 and #106 are the darkest shades in the line; they are suitable for dark-haired clients.
